•  Develop and maintain agency banking policies and procedures

•  Identify, onboard and activate agents and ensure optimal performance of all agents activated

•  Ensure branding materials get to agent location and are properly displayed

•  Periodically visit to agent location to ensure proper use of bank’s POS and to monitor transactions

•  Conduct periodic training for agents and monitor agent performance

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

MA, MSc, BA, BSC in Information Technology, Marketing,  Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Administration, computer science, or related fields

Work Experience

9/7 years of experience in relevant fields in the banking industry and /or Financial technology company, of which 2 years as team leader or section head, or 3 years as Principal digital banking officer or equivalent position in digital banking areas.
