Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of all project activities in line with the approved work plan and budget. - Lead the design and roll-out of capacity-building programs for NSA-managed health facility staff, including mentorship, training, and supportive supervision. - Ensure consistent implementation of continuous quality improvement (CQI) approaches within NSA-managed facilities.
