• BA degree in Supplies Management, Accounting, Statstics, Economics, Marketing or other related fields with 1 year experience

• Knowledge and experience working within specific industry

• Working knowledge of inventory management software

• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports

• An analytical mind with strong math skills

• Verify accuracy of data and correct any errors

• Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording

• Ability to quickly process and organize information

• High attention to detail

• Self-audit your work checking for errors or duplication

• Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records

• Perform any other office tasks that management requires assistance with (sending emails, answering phones, etc.)

• Report any major errors or inconsistencies to immidiate supervisor or upper management

• Finishes work in an efficient and timely manner

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

•  Follow established procedures for data entry

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualification  

• Supplies Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or other related fields with proven 1 year experience can apply for this position.

• Good at speaking & writing in English, Amharic and plus Afan Oromo

• With good computer skills and communication skills
