Job Description
The Customer Service Executive's responsibilities include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Essential Function
Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities
Initiates cash transfer from/to cash,
Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Casher,
Collects/pay cash and debit/credit the respective accounts,
Checks and balance physical cash with the Cashier,
Retrieve customer signatures, and pictures and verify customers and,
Perform other duties as required
Place Work: Addis Ababa & the area branches
Job Requirements
Qualifications: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields
Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE or related position
