Job Description
Senior Foreclosure & Debt Litigation Attorney advise and represent clients in courts, before government agencies, and in private legal matters. Communicate with their clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case. Conduct research and analysis of legal problems. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
Job Requirements
Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Legislation (LLB) with four(4) years of relevant work experience as a Foreclosure & Debt Litigation Attorney-I.
The Job Purpose is To handle debt recovery litigation, foreclosure, and write-off cases as well as follow–up on criminal issues.
