Job Description

Customer Relationship Manager building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

Essential Functions

  • Targets potential customers, identifies their needs, recruit and establish financing relationship.

  •  Advises/consults customers about the financing process, types, terms, eligibility, utilization, debt servicing, etc., and cross-sells products. 

  • Collects and checks all required financing processing documents and provides acknowledgment letter to the customer.

  •  Gathers adequate financial and non-financial information about the customer and forwards to the IFB Analyst including financing-processing documents collected from the customer.

  • Evaluates the business performance of the customer and recommends on customer’s financing request.

  •  Facilitates collateral estimation, financing information, legal opinion, and financing and mortgage contracts preparation. 

  •  Signs on the contracts with attorney and facilitates registration of mortgage contracts and disbursement of approved financing.

  •  Communicates financing decision to customer.

  •  Follows-up repayment/utilization of the financing and ensures end use of the financing

  • Identifies early warning signals on the customers’ business and advises customers to improve their performances and take appropriate measures.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • MBA/BA degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field,

Experience

  • Seven/7 years of relevant experience in the Banking industry of which 2 years as Senior Customer Relationship Officer (preferably at IFB)
