Job Description

Operations Managers oversee operational activities at every level of an organization. Their duties include hiring and training employees and managing quality assurance programs. An operations manager also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: BA, Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, and other Business-related fields

  • Experience: Minimum of four years of relevant Banking experience

  • Language: Proven proficiency of Listening, Speaking and Writing Amharic and English are Mandatory.

  • Having Proficiency of other local languages are advantageous.

  • Duty Station: Branches Under Hossana District Office

  • Hamus Gebeya Branch (Located at SNNP Region, Guraghe Zone, Hamus Gebeya Town)

  • Koshe Merako Branch (Located at SNNP Region, Guraghe Zone, Koshie Town)
