Bachelor's Degree in Plant Science, Agronomy, crop science, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Plan, manages, coordinates & directs the company’s agricultural development and agro-processing functions throughout the country - Initiates the need for and designs framework of relevant agricultural development policies, strategies, and guidelines after approval from the company’s top management - Provides technical specifications for the purchase of raw materials (seeds, pesticides, fertilizer, etc.); machinery, and spares as well as participates in the purchasing decisions
