Essential Function
Involves on Warehouse and Stock Management activities of the Bank;
work on Preparing and implementing annual Supplies and Fixed Assets distribution plans;
Checks and verify fixed assets and supplies for proper authorization, and budget clearance;
Work on preparation and distribution of Items requested from the user organs
Follows-up and expedites the timely and safe delivery of items;
Arranges reorder of all required materials by the Bank as per the budget set for all units and branches;
Participate in the process and activity of annual stock inventory and submit the result to immediate supervisor
Checking and work on clerical tasks pertaining to receiving, counting, and Issuing Items.

Qualifications
BA in Procurement and Supply Management or related field
Experience
3 years relevant experience preferably in the banking industry as warehouse office, store keeper and related.
