Job Description
The intern will work on Communications /support in implementing Communications related activities of the project. This includes collection, write-up, edit and dissemination of messages to different target audience.
II. Responsibilities
Collect and write-up stories from the field along with photos
Develop message for social media
Regularly monitor messages and feedbacks on social media and update
Design/develop different communication materials such as leaflets and posters.
Support the project team during mass and targeted awareness raising activities
Support in data collection during research works and extraction of learning,
Support the project team to track data required for monitoring, database, and regular supervision.
Prepare and submit quarterly activity plans
Prepare and submit monthly progress report to the supervisor.
Prepare and submit interim updates and reports as instructed by the supervisor
Prepare and submit learnings and report from supportive supervision that will be organized by Pro Pride.
Handle other activities as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements
Educational background:
BA degree in Communications, Language and Literature, Journalism, or any other related fields with zero-years of experience
Desired Technical Skills
Computer skill preferably graphic support software’s such as publisher, InDesign, Photoshop.
English writing skills
Knowledge of Oromia Language is advantageous
