Key Roles and Responsibilities
Strategically plan and manage the department’s overall activities
Supervise, coach, and train the department’s workforce
Mediate and negotiate with customers, partners, and service providers
Develop, maintain and supervise accountability systems for services and contracts management
Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics plan
Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
Design and implement strategies to expand logistics and transport business

Salary: 20060.00 birr

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field
A minimum of 5 years’ work experience, 2+ year experience leading or supervising a team
Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management
Proven analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities
Good verbal and written communication skills
