Essential Responsibilities:

• Supervise/Manage all aspects (including coaching, providing direction, staffing, delivering reviews, setting aligned objectives, time reporting, etc.) of direct reports' overall performance.

• Manage Rainbow Foam IT Team

• Manage Rainbow Foam IT resources

• Administration and Management of multiple databases located at Rainbow Foam Industry Factory, ensuring proper operation.

• Lead and supervise implementation Odoo ERP system.

• Designing, Configuration and implementation of wired / wireless networks.

• Managed local area network, servers, and communications connections

• Install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade computer systems and software.

• Administration and Management of multiple servers and workstations located at Rainbow Foam Industry, ensuring proper operation.

• Carry out site survey, design, deployment and continuous support giving of LANs and WANs of Branch Offices.

• Plan and implement Disaster Recovery and Back up strategy solutions.

• Design and develop mobile app customer feedback management system

• Provide on-call consulting advice and technical support to Branch of Rainbow Foam Industry specific operational/application issues.

• Advice, train and support staffs in the use of the IT service and equipment, including instruction programs for users on the use of OS, networking and messaging apps

• Research, installation, and testing of software updates and patches to support applications and various operating systems.

• Research new technologies and advise use of useful on hardware and software

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience:

• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience 5 or more years and 2 or more years as IT Manager.

• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

• Expertise in data center management and data governance is a plus

• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation

• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, with Odoo ERP is preferable.

• Ability to manage personnel

•  Bachelor Degree or above  in Computer Science, MIS or related fields with relevant work experience

•  Professional Certification is a plus
