Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work. You may also be required to promote our company's brand with recruitment initiatives and events.
Responsibilities
Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
2+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
