Assistant Manager CS & Operations, Grade Branch Oversees banking services, especially customer service, to ensure excellence; contacts or assists customers and prospective customers. Reviews and manages staffing procedures, ensuring that staff assignments and responsibilities are reasonable, and that salary structure is equitable.

Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting

Work Experience: 2 years as Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent or 4 years relevant experience in the banking industry

Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale.
