Job Description

Sales Operation Coordinator provides clerical support. Act as liaison between outside sales and customers by keeping in contact with prospective clients throughout the sale. Follow-up with calls to prospective clients to provide additional product/services information.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate efforts with operation team to satisfy the demand of the sales team

  • Engage in resources planning, alignment and communication between sales and operation.

  • Serve as a front-line contact for the commercial team by the plant side.

  • Sends daily stock balance available at both.

  • Follow up and assure sales orders are executed as per the standard set by the company in collaboration with warehouse team.

  • Weekly demand forecasting report to the management after planning with the ASMs.

  • Give insight to change over and refill to minimal stock level of all SKUs.

  • Facilitate shipment to upcountry market within 24 hours after order placed to operation team.

  • Ensure balanced distribution of SKUs to warehouses based on sales forecast and sales trend of each region.

  • Avoid stock out issues while product available in one of our sites.

  • Ensure all the necessary resources for serving the sales team are available at all facilities and cooperate to solve with operation team while one of it was missed.

  • Ensure no truck is wasting unnecessary time during loading, unloading maintenance, etc

  • Ensure balanced stock between Sululta (Arki Producer), Addisu Gebeya WH to serve customers from all sites.

  • Ensure optimal stock kept for key account based on their sales trend.

  • Submit weekly sales deployment plan for WH team and management so as to plan resources.

  • Prepare daily, weekly & actual report.    

  • Perform other related duties.

Job Requirements

Required educational background & work experience: 

  • At least 5 years of experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Sales , Marketing , business related fields with relevant work experience

  • Competencies /Knowledge, Ability and Skill         

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Computer proficiency

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
