Position: Duty Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for all aspects of the Hotel Operations including Conference and Banqueting Department. Ensuring that all areas of the Hotel meet with the hotel's standards of quality and service. To work with the Management team to optimize profits and increase sales, promote new and diverse business.
Duties:
• Supervise overall Hotel activities.
• Ensure consistent high standard of guest service is made.
• Handle all emergencies that occur behalf of the management.
• Replace Night Manager if the need arise.
• Promote sales and maintain awareness of sales.
• Monitor customer feedback and advice Front Office Management when necessary.
• Review, maintain and amends system and procedures of Front office Department
• Handle and co-ordinate group reservation, bill settlement e.t.c. – Tour and establish the hotel standards of services are maintained
• Salary: Negotiable
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree Hotel Management.
• Must have at least 5 years hotel experience.
• Excellent spoken English
• Good working knowledge CNET software
