Position: Front Office Manager
Job Summery
The Front Office Manager has overall responsibility for supervising Guest Service Agents, Night Auditors, and bell staff to ensure total guest satisfaction. Provide guidance and direction to all associates to ensure they are adhering to all hotel policies, standards, procedures and regulations.
Duties:
• Supervise overall activities of the front office.
• Ensure consistent high standard of guest service is made.
• Handle all emergencies that occur behalf of the Front Office.
• Promote sales and maintain awareness of sales.
• Monitor customer feedback and advice Front Office Management.
• Review, maintain and amends system and procedures of Front office Department
• Handle and co-ordinate group reservation, bill settlement e.t.c. – Tour and establish the hotel standards of services are maintained
• Salary: Negotiable
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Job Requirement
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Amharic. An additional language would be an advantage degree from a well- recognized university or college. Very good, proven IT skills especially Word, Excel and Power point and an excellent working knowledge of CNET. Highly organized and proven record of ability to lead a team effectively. Minimum of four years’ experience in a managerial position, preferably in a four or five star hotel. Willingness to work flexibly and ability to work under pressure. Good analytical thinker and problem solver
