Position: Secretary II
• Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
• Permanent after successful completion of probation period
• Salary & Benefit: As per the company’s salary scale and benefit packages
• Education: College Diploma in Secretary Science, Administrative Office, Administrative Service Management, Office Management, Administering Office, Secretarial Technology, Accounts and Budget Service, Customer Contact, Secretarial Operations and related.
• Experience: 2 (two) years as Secretary I or Secretary Cashier or Relief Secretary or in similar position.
Required Competencies:
• Good knowledge of report writing and records management
• Good knowledge of the principles of office management
• Discretion ability to handle confidential matters
• Ability to organize files and documents
• Skill in word processing and other relevant software
