Essential Functions

• Takes custody of and manages documentation registration books;

• Scans all required documents on the document management system, if available, as required by the CRM, CRO, and legal officer ;

• Undertakes collection of  registered  loan ,security contracts and registration letter (as applicable) per the requirements of the bank;  

• Facilitates movement of loan files or documents between work units or within the work unit as required;

• Keeps in good condition and operates properly equipment received for performing the activities assigned by the Bank;

• Carryout other duties as instructed by his/her immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.

 Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Junior Collateral Registration Officer or related.
