Job Description
Our Company SBG industry PLC seeks to hire competent, experienced and aspiring applicants to fill the following vacant position.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Record the receiving of Purchased Stock Items according to each category of stock items
Record the issuance (transfer) of production input items to the production floor.
Record the consumption of production input items by the production department based on consumption reports.
Record the production of finished goods using the Production Delivery Notes (PDN).
Record the transfer of finished products to the finished goods warehouse using the Finished Products Receiving Notes (FPRN)
Record the transfer of finished products from the factory warehouse to other distribution warehouses of the company using the Finished Goods Transfer Delivery Notes (FGTDN)
Prepare Cost Build up Sheets of Goods In Transit (GIT) goods of Import Items.
Participate in the monthly, annual and handover (transfer to another custodian) stock takes of the company.
Reconcile stock records of warehouses with what is kept by finance.
Reconcile stock records of finance with periodic stock takes.
Reconcile cost buildup sheets with general ledger accounts of GIT Items.
Assist the preparation of accumulated cost allocation to each finished goods product types.
Assist the preparation of monthly flexible budgets and variance reports.
Performs other job related duties as required by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements
Required educational background & work experience:
BA degree in Accounting, Computer Application and Peachtree Accounting and 2 years related work experience
