Job Description
. Research potential suppliers, compare and evaluate Proforma from them, and select Proformas based on requirements.• Follow purchase requests, and purchase orders and ensure on-time purchase• Review quality of purchased products with the respective department• Managing the purchasers, avoiding any kind of fraud• Following, updating, and implementing the company's procurement policies and procedures.• Giving insight into what our biggest purchasing expenses are and where the quick savings are.• Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and frequently updating supplier database• Follow purchase order status with the finance manager and purchasing officer• Careful review of performance evaluation for staff under this position
Minimum BA degree in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field from recognized university
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practice
Understanding of supply chain procedures and negotiation skills
Have minimum of 5 years as a senior purchaser or related
Good with MS Excel
Have integrity and commitment
Ability and willingness to learn and adapt new environment
Ability to work with team.
Have good communication skill
