Job Description

Background of the company

  • Kerchanshe Trading P.L.C is the largest producer and exporter of coffee in Ethiopia, It has a proud history of providing quality coffees to the local and international markets.  Currently our company needs a dedicated and motivated candidate.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Representing the company and attending on legal affairs and following up the status.

  •  Coordinate beneficial professional relationships with local government offices to ensure that Kerchanshe PLC Ethiopia's day-to-day commercial and technical objectives are not adversely affected.

  • Prepare detailed implementation reports providing status and levels of attainment of defined objectives.

  •  Manage and coordinate any documents and processes that are required by the government

  • Handle all office facilities activities including leasing telephone, water and electricity

  • Communicate successfully with clients, customer and entities outside of the business

  • Submit letters to a concerned government/ non-governmental offices and provide explanation as necessary for the immediate supervisor as needed.

  • Makes Photocopies, filling, recording data and archiving of all documents

  • Deliver documents to all the interested parties and similarly receive documents from both external and internal parties

  • Handle and implement related issue regarding business license renewal, immigration process.

  •  Perform all other duties as assigned and required by immediate supervisor 

Job Requirements

  • BA degree in business management, logistics, public Administration, law related fields

  •  Five year experience and have at least two years as a liaison officer experience with a fast moving company.

Skills Required

  •  Written communication skills Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships

  • Customer-oriented attitude Excellent verbal

  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team

  • Excellent representational skills

  • Negotiate with and influence

  • Working knowledge of other local languages of the duty station is advantageous
