Job Requirements

• 3+ years commercial banking experience 

• Experience developing and leading software solutions for FinTech’s and growth companies with business-to-consumer lifecycle responsibilities.

• Thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank’s commercial products and services

• A working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures which impact commercial services

• Demonstrated experience with sales/bank operations and building, leading, managing and coaching a team.

• Experience working on large-scale software project 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Good sales and negotiation skills 

• Good exposure to project management

• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.
