Description
In charge of allocating messengers to customer orders and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system/Dashboard.
Monitor the route and status of deliveries to coordinate and prioritize their schedule if there is a change
Handles the planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.
Responsible for ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Assists in helping clients receive order updates, track their parcels, and provide helpful information as required along with customer service.
Provide analysis on order amount, delays and solutions taken
Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information
Reading incoming messages on the computer-aided dispatch dashboard or cellphone.
Any other activities related to the post or assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
Diploma in Dispatching, Logistics or in a related field
Minimum years of experience
At least 1 year of experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role
Skills the Personnel must demonstrate:

Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized spreadsheets and word processing programs at a highly proficient level
