Job Summery

Engineering Head plan and coordinate engineering projects and supervise multiple teams in the research and development of new products. Their areas of expertise include engineering economics, and industrial, human resources, and financial management.

Engineering Head Responsibilities:

• Proposing and managing budgets for projects.

• Supervising the work of multiple teams.

• Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time.

• Researching and developing designs and products.

• Determining the need for training and talent development.

• Hiring contractors and building teams.

• Ensuring products have the support of upper management.

• Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.

• Checking their team’s work for technical accuracy

• Ensuring the validity of methods used by staff

• Coordinating work with other managers and staff

Job Requirements

Engineering Head Requirements:

• Master's degree in engineering management, technical management, or business administration.

• Bachelor's degree in the Electrical engineering  and related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience a engineering  Head or similar

• Proven supervisory and technical skills.

• Must come highly recommended.

• Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
