Job Description
The job will consist of:
Stock Management: Maintaining minimum stock, recording stock (tools, spare parts and consumables, semi- and finished products) in Peachtree.
Preparing purchase orders to procurement team.
Preparing deliveries and delivery orders and record them.
Preparing handover reports.
Manage the store team members well.
Manage and arrange the store and keep it neat and organized.
Check and Submit reports on stock movements, waste and progress-development of it.
Experience: 2 – 4 years
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Mandatory working knowledge in Peachtree, MS Office and exel.
Proven experience as Store-warehouse team leader or similar role
Organizational and leadership ability
Problem-solving skills, Communication and interpersonal skills
A good understanding of English in writing/reading + talking/listening
The will to learn new things and work in flexible hours
The will to work according to international standards and quality
Willing to live in Bishoftu.
Education Level:
Bachelors in Logistics and Supplies Management, Accounting or related studies
