Job Summary
The Junior Building Construction Mgt. Officer is responsible for following up on buildings under construction and building maintenance/modification, as well as expansion works per the Bank’s policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Job Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering, Construction Management or related fields
Experience
At least two (2) years’ post qualification experience in a similar role.
Required Technical Competency
Interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, including ability to build collaborative relationships with sensitivity to diversity/inclusion.
Creativity and innovation skills.
Action oriented.
Quality focus and attention to detail.
Professionalism and integrity in line with Dashen Bank values.
