Job Description

Position 4: Senior Customer Services Officer

Qualification Requirement: Bachelor Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.

Experience Requirement: 4 (Four) years of relevant experience in a Bank or 5 years at Microfinance Institutions.

Competencies Required:

Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.

Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.

Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system
