Ahadu Bank S.C. joined the Ethiopian financial sector with an aim to create a significant impact in the manner in which banking services are delivered through knowledge-based leadership, state of the art technology, agile and unique strategy as well as constructive market discipline.

Position 1: Customer Services Officer -I

Education: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.

Experience Requirement : 1 (One) relevant experience in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions 

Competencies Required:

Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.

Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.

Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system
