Job Description

- Be responsible for the professional services such as commissioning and debugging, network cutover and modification of ZTE MSAG, MSAN and C600.

- Assists the project manager in completing the specific work of the project (implementing the remote call technical support process, on-site troubleshooting, and broadcasting the security assurance plan for important holidays), and tracking the project implementation progress.

- Submit daily work reports and weekly report on time, and assist the project manager to complete the project monthly report, quarterly report and annual report.

- Cooperates with the project manager in coordinating customer resources, discovers and discovers customer requirements in a timely manner, and reports them to relevant leaders in a timely manner.

- Completes other temporary tasks

- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations

- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning

Job Requirements

Qualification & Requirements:

• BSc degree in  Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related fields

• Majored in communications and computer science (not limited to those with relevant experience).

• Be good at expression, communication, improvement, and learning

• At least two years of experience in the communications industry, with familiarity with FN equipment.

• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools

• Have the basic knowledge of the communication industry and basic concepts of communication networks, and be familiar with the application of ZTE equipment and network management.

• Understand and master the optical network principles of PON equipment.

• Be proficient in PON operation principles and have strong practical experience.

• Be able to unite colleagues in a harmonious relationship and obey management.
