Our company quantum technology wants to hire qualified candidates in position of Project manager at Quantum Technology PLC for an Indefinite employment.

 Duties & responsibilities:

• Determining and management tasks, issues, risk and action items.

• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings and decision-making processes.

• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments.

• Monitoring progress and perfromace and helping teams to make improvements.

• Planning and organizing demos.

• Tracking project process, deliverables and financials.

• Preparing and presenting status report to stakeholders.

• Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions.

• Training, mentoring and supporting teams to follow agile values, principles and practices.

• Communicating project milestones, progress, risks, SLAs with clients.

• Ensuring all project are completed.

Overview: Project management of quantum platforms as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, project management or engineering.

• Professional certification in project management is a plus. 

• 2+ years of experience as a project manager, scrum master or in a similar role.

• Certified scrum master is a plus.

• 2+ years working in an IT organization

Special skills needed

• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.

• Excellent people and project management skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Must be available to work from our Addis Ababa Office
