Essential Function

• Assist the development and revision of compliance AML/CFT and KYC related policies, procedures, guidelines, standards and program; and monitor its implementation;

• Ensure that the Bank’s, policies, procedures, guidelines, code of conduct and standard of good practice are in line with compliance of laws and NBE directives;

• Conduct assessment on new bank products and service of the Bank to ensure compliance with laws and NBE directives;

• Design, maintain, revise, and arranges compliance trainings program and provide advice on AML/CTF, KYC and other compliance issues to different organs of the Bank;

• Submit AML/CTF related reports to the supervisory organs timely and in a better quality

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• BA/LLB in Law, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance or related field, 

Experience

• Three/3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry of which 1 year as junior Compliance Officer.
