Reporting to the E-KYC Manager, the EKYC (Customer acquisition Platform) Champion role will be responsible for providing technical, day today support on customer acquisition platform to the regional sales teams

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide first line technical support on customer acquisition platform to the to the field teams

  • Coach & train the field teams on operational processes/ functionalities supported by the customer acquisition platform

  • Liaise with back-office IT support team and other relevant state holders to resolve any platform challenges faced by our field teams

  • Log all platform issues in the appropriate systems and engagement with system Engineers to ensure all issues logged are closed and communicated to the team

  • Daily reporting on assigned KPIs including platform productivity.

  • Ensure communication of new system Updates to the team.

  • Coordinate feedback from all platform users for internal use. 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in IT or business-related discipline.

  • Excellent knowledge of basic IT Systems; must have at least 2 years’ experience in IT systems environment.

  • Good analytical Skills (statistics)

  • Proactive, confident, energetic and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.

  • Experience in Customer Service/Retail Sales will be an added advantage

  • Excellent Planning and organizing skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good report writing skills.
