Essential Function

• Lead in the development and revision of the branch office’s functional strategy aligned with the business level strategy;             

• Translate strategic themes into achievable plans, with established priorities, and monitors them making periodic adjustments as required.

• Implement & communicate desired service quality standards at branch especially for customer facing service to ensure a consistent superior service to the Bank’s customer;

• Support regular checks on service delivery at the branch through methods such as customer survey at the branch to determine customers ‘perception & experience of the Bank’s service; Propose new products and marketing strategies, monitors and evaluates corporate strategy along with way of implementation and reporting their progresses.

• Ensure the already developed policies and procedures are properly in place within for branches.

• Place ongoing customer communications, benchmarking of best practices and performers in a dialogue about their problem and perceptions.

• Resolve customer’s complaints if not resolved by branches on time.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• BA degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field,

Experience

• 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Operation of which at least two (2) years at supervisory position.
