  • Education & Experience Requirements: BA degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field with 2years of related experience.

  • Competency Requirements: Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity & Trust, and Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] & Technical Competency [Strategic application of HRBP and Maintaining good relationship among and integration with other work units]
