Job Requirements

Education background

• Masters's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related field

Relevant Experience

• 10+ years of experience with 6+ years of experience in a Management position on 

Additional Skill

• Responsible for leading/managing all HR activities across the operations involving recruiting, employee relations, salary planning, employee training, benefits administration, and all other human resources-related activities necessary to support the business needs. 

• Handle labor Relations, as appropriate/as required. 

• Contribute to change management efforts. 

• Participate in and support organization design efforts. 

• Manage the full range of HR information systems and processes. 

• Perform other duties as assigned
