Essential Function
Collects and checks authenticity of all collateral property documents.
Check and differentiate Type of vehicle (Truck, trailer, tractor with semi-trailer, midi-truck, bus, midi-bus, mini-bus, pick-up single cabin, pick-up double cabin, van, 4-wheel drive for personnel with number of seats, automobile sedan) presented for collateral.
Detects, examines and takes pictures (both photograph and video as appropriate) and other data for vehicle’s, Production Machinery and Construction earth Moving Vehicles.
Other relevant documents deemed necessary for the specific task, such as electro mechanical equipment specification, lift, generator etc.…
Interprets the data, estimates value of collateral, and produces collateral estimation result reports.
Provides technical advice on discrepancies observed and justifications for variation on estimated values of collateral.
Performing other related duties as deemed necessary.

Job Requirements
Qualification
BSc Degree in Construction Technology Management, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture or related fields
Experience
5 years’ relevant experience preferably in Banking sector of which 2 years as Mechanical Engineer.
