Job Description

• Design and implementation of the IP core and IPRAN network for Telecom new build project at Addis Ababa and North circle project.

• Responsible for new site integration and Commissioning of 2G, 3G, WOAM , E&I and other Services.

• Responsible for doing Installation Completing Report (ICR) and Preliminary Acceptance Test (PAT).

Job Requirements

Education and major;

• Bachelor in telecommunications and computer related fields 

Project Experience;

• Over 3 Years of Experience on network Engineering

Skills or certificates required;

• Excellent network Troubleshooting skills and implement solutions to complex business needs.

• Specialised in Routing and Switching and Well versed on numerous Routing protocols including OSPF , ISIS, , BGP and MPLS.

• Detailed understanding of different layer 2 protocols like VLANs, VTP, STP, RPVST, Port Security, and Ether Channels (LACP and PAGP).

•  Analytical thinking, leadership, attention to details, organisation, teamwork, and network management experience. 

• Designing and managing network and security infrastructure.

Other requirements;

• Work proactively and hard-working; Good team spirit

Language Skills;

• Advanced or fluent English is mandatory, Chinese proficiency will has benefit
