We are pleased to announce the vacancy for a Product Specialist for Fixed Services within the Enterprise Business Function in Ethiopia. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.

Detailed Description

Reporting to the Product Lead, the position holder’s role will be to develop and manage a range of fixed connectivity products and services within the Enterprise Products and Services department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing/research teams to gather market insights leading to the development of product/service concepts
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new connectivity services or enhance existing ones
  • Ensure excellent customer experience for connectivity services by supporting the delivery of simple and efficient processes and customer journeys
  • Continually monitor product/service performance in terms of intake, usage, and customer satisfaction
  • Drive initiatives aimed at driving growth, increasing customer satisfaction, and retaining existing customers
  • Support the development of product/service and partnership roadmaps for connectivity services in line with the division’s revenue targets and strategy
  • Act as a point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties to resolve any issues related to services that affect customers
  • Provide direction and motivation to the project team and manage stakeholders within other departments in line with meeting project requirements and delivery timelines

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • A Degree/Diploma in a business / technical discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years’ demonstrable Project and/or Product Life Cycle Management experience
  • Strong business acumen and mindset with a bias toward the Enterprise/B2B space
  • Great team player with good interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • An open-minded & innovative mindset
  • A good understanding of connectivity and networking technologies will be an added advantage
