Job Description

• Participate in wireless network planning including engineering parameter planning, cell parameter planning, polygon definition, planning report audit, etc.
• Participate in engineering optimisation, take charge of SSV/Cluster test, analysis, and optimisation, output reports, and communicate with customers.
• Participate in network quality improvement,
• Improve user experience of voice and data services,
• Carry out optimisation topics, solution formulation, data analysis, optimisation adjustment, effect evaluation and summary
• Conduct technical communication and report with the customer.

Job Requirements

Education and Major ;

Bachelor degree or above in telecommunication, electronics, computer, etc.

Project Experience;

• Worked as an RF engineer and was responsible for wireless and mobile network planning, test and optimization.
• Not more than 1 year 

Skills or certificates required;

• N/A

Other requirements;

• Work proactively and hard-working; Good team spirit

Language Skills;

• English is mandatory and Chinese will be beneficial
