Essential Function 

• Reconciles Branch Accounts with Head office Accounts periodically;
• Investigate unidentified/outstanding items and take appropriate action;
• Prepare the required forms, countersign on accompanying documents and distribute cheques of other banks including rejected cheques at the National Bank Clearing Office.
• Prepare incoming and outgoing check clearance documents;
• Monitor the delivery of incoming cheques to respective branches and the arrival of outgoing other banks’ cheques from branches to head office. 
• Exchange physical checks at the clearing office
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• BA in Accounting, Banking & finance, Accounting & finance, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.

 Experience: 

• 1 year of related experience in the Banking Industry.
