• Provide legal advice on legal issues to Functions and Departments.
• Represent the Company before courts of law, judicial tribunals, and other similar organs in relation to any litigation cases.
• Follow-up the proper institution and presentation of legal suits and/or statements of defense in all cases including judgment execution process and appeals.
• Prepare or revise drafted local and international contracts, pledges, guarantees, agreements and other legal documents.
• Prepare statement of claim, defense, pleadings, appeal, affidavit, memorandum, application, notices and other legal instruments.
• Attend court cases, conduct litigation, and report progresses on each adjournment.
• Follow up crime cases handled by the police, prosecutor, court, or other similar crime investigation offices or government organs.
• Conduct researches on legal problems or issues related to the Company.
• Conduct training to create awareness on different legal issues and the consequences of criminal acts.
• Ensure that all the necessary legal documents or files are available and neatly and systematically kept in the Department.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legislation, Business Law and related fields with Six (6) years of direct related experience.
