Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in Cupping, grinding, blending, roasting, and packaging of coffee.
• Performs duties as described quality under operation Manager.
• Follow up day to day quality operation
• Ensure high levels of quality coffee and service is delivered throughout
• Responsible for our coffee quality control and establish & ensure our quality standard
• Responsible for training new team members and/or current team members in both coffee and customer services
• Responsible for training and supervising our team members in sanitation and safety procedures
• Other duties assigned by Operation Manager

 Abilities

• Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solution
• Knowledge of domestic as well as international coffee quality standard laws, legal codes, government regulations, executive orders, organization rules.
• Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.

Job Requirements

Qualification

• MA/BSc/Diploma in plant science, Horticulture, General Agriculture and related Field

Experience year

• 5 years’ experience out of which 3 years as a coffee quality senior Cupper

Other requirements

• Good discipline, cooperation, commitment to work, Strong verbal communication skills, active at organizational and stress management skills, and Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
