REACH Ethiopia is a legal entity established local non-governmental organization under the law of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia by proclamation no. 1113/2019, licensed and bearing Certificate No: 3020 from Ethiopian Authority for Civil Society Organizations. REACH Ethiopia invites interested consultants, with the experience of database and website development, to participate in the required consultancy service for the supply of;
- Developing Web-based Project Database and Updating existing REACH Ethiopia Web-site
The bid shall be submitted in two envelopes:
- Technical envelope
- Financial envelope. One original and one copy
Job Requirements
- Bid security should be in a separate envelope and be submitted in the tender box together with the technical bid documents.
- The bid bond shall be sealed in a separate envelope marked “Bid bond”
- All eligibility certificates should be found in the original technical document envelope and are submitted in the tender box.
- Bidders should present valid and renewed registration certificate, License, VAT registration certificate, Tax clearance certificate, TIN number and detail company profile.
- The submitted bid documents will be evaluated based on technical criteria (technical specification compliance, traceable organizational capacity, submitted certification documents and profile with performance proof & financial criteria) this followed by financial evaluation.
- The bidder should be willing to facilitate the tax exemption process.
- The bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their official representatives who wish to attend at 26 May 2022.

Applicants can send their complete set of bidding documents via email: reachethrm@reachet.org.et once the applicant writes a letter of interest to REACH Ethiopia Procurement Section again via email Bid must be accompanied by bid security to be provided as Bank guarantee or CPO equivalent to 1% of the bid price before VAT in Ethiopian Birr.
