Duties and responsibilities of the job:
As part of an executive management team, you will have close and key interactions with various members of the company, both senior and junior.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Create a HR Manager implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) in electronic and digital format according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in human resources, business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as HR Manager, administrator or other HR position
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Protecting the interests of all employees.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
