Job Requirements

A) EDUCATION/TRAINING

• BA/MA Degree in HR Management, Management, Public Administration, Human resource & Organizational Development or related fields of study.

B) EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, out of which 2 years in staff benefits management like pension

C) TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS

• Integrated knowledge and understanding of human resources concepts, practices, systems, and procedures;
•  Ability to interact and deal with people;
•  Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision making skills;
•  Firm belief in teamwork and gender equality;
• Basic computer skills;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
