Major Responsibilities 

• Monitoring project progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality and Punctuality.
• Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to team members to implement those decisions
• Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships, Meeting with clients and report project progress
• Communicating and negotiating with clients on each project blocking point or difficulties to meet the progress.
• Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
• Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
• Managing project managers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams

Job Requirements

Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree or above in communications, computer science, electronics or related fields. The candidate need to have more than 10 years experience on telecommunication domain.
• During his/her career of telecommunication domain, the cumulated amount of delivered sites need to be 10000 sites or 1000 sites during a single project.
• Need to be a hard-working man and have the determination to resolutely complete the task.
• Need to have a Master-level wireless or wired network background
• Good at report writing in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
