Describe Take the responsibilities of microwave planning TL, Develop and execute planning solutions, early involved in pre-sales solution development and review, and guide new employees.

Professional Knowledge *

Microwave propagation principles:

• General understanding of digital microwave communication principles and the concepts of modulation schemes and microwave frequency bands; general understanding of functions of all components; good command of common networking topologies and protection modes; general understanding of the relationship between the free space loss and the signal receive level; general understanding of ATPC/AMAC automatic power adjustment modes, the relationships between the adjustment modes and the system gain and between the adjustment modes and the bit error alarm threshold. 
• General understanding of the impacts of various terrains, climates, and rainfall on microwave propagation; good command of the principles for generating common RF-related alarms and performance events; general understanding of microwave propagation, anti-attenuation, and anti-interference technologies; general understanding of the SD/FD protection implementation, common circuit design, and troubleshooting of common network planning problems; good command of methods for locating transmission link faults; being able to troubleshoot common problems in microwave antenna commissioning.

• Minimum score requirements for the standard exam on a particular skill, for example, scoring at least 60 points in C++ programming basis
