Responsibility Description*

• Radio Network Planning(2G/3G/4G) and Cell Level Parameter Design
• 2/3/4G Network Performance Problems Troubleshooting & Analyzing & Resolving
• 2/3/4G network Performance Optimization and Improvement
• Complain Handling and RF Parameter Optimization(OSS and field)
• Feature deployment for optimal network performance

Job Requirements

Professional Knowledge*

• Deep Knowledge of Radio Network Planning in GSM, UMTS, LTE
• Be proficient in using Huawei planning tools and network optimization tools, such as U-NET, PRS, Assistant, and FMA.
• Goode Experience of RF Network Problem Troubleshooting, Analyse and Solve Problems
• Skilled in network Parameter Optimization and Feature Deployment
• Have project management experience and customer-facing communication skills. Experience in Huawei's global NPM project is preferred.

Education and Major requirements

• BSC/MSC Degree in Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Science with 5+ year experience in ICT projects delivery

Business Skills*

• Ability to work in a team,
• Good Communication skill 

Project Experience 

Experience in level A and B Maintenance or Delivery Project 

Language Skill

Very Good English language skill

Skills or Certificate Requirements

U2020/PRS platform

Good skill on Huawei tools such as UNET,OMSTAR, NASTAR, Smart RNO,FMA, ..
