Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Food Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Analyze critical points in day-to-day tasks through experience and observation and identify control measures to solve the issue - Evaluate and determine the stability of products and materials and set standards in accordance with the collected data. - Responsible keeping specification and test methods available in the laboratory for raw materials, intermediary products, bulk products, and finished products with the SOP for in process control. - Responsible for keeping the schedule of testing and on time release of results so as not to hinder production schedule.
